A charming and relaxing holiday in Tuscany
The villa, which dates back to the 13th century, lies among four hectares of olive groves. After detailed restoration, remaining true to the Tuscan style, we are now able to offer three suites and three double rooms with all the modern comforts: Air-conditioning, satellite TV, WIFI, fridge. Two of the suites have south-facing terraces. The bedrooms are luxurious, with antique furniture and terracotta tiling, and the bathrooms have marble fittings. Apart from the peaceful atmosphere, there is a wonderful panoramic view over Montecatini Terme, which distances five kilometres, in the heart of the Valdinievole.
Our large swimming pool among the olive trees is surrounded by a spacious lawn where you can enjoy the sun. We have a wine cellar with a wide selection of typical Tuscan wines (we organise wine-tasting). Our panoramic terrace is where you can have breakfast in the morning or sit together to enjoy a glass of good wine in the evening. Or you can sit peacefully by the fireplace in our living room and enjoy a good book.

From 8.30 am to 10.30 am we serve a rich buffet breakfast with everything you need to start your day in the perfect way.
Local, top quality foods, with special consideration to flavours and health.
These are the principles adopted by our B&B when serving our continental breakfast (both sweet and savoury), with choices of coffee on request. Moreover, as an added value, you will find many of the flavours of Tuscany: Every morning we offer different dishes according to the best logic – that of depending on the season and traditions. “The only real way to offer produts that are fresh, typical of our territory, yet respecting the tastes of all our customers.”
Our mornings start early and at 7 am you can already find our staff intent on preparing cornetti, fruit cakes and various dishes. If you like to get up early, you can start your breakfast from 8.30 am.
Whether you choose to have a quick “breakfast” or a large meal, you will enjoy the marvellous view of the surrounding hills and valleys from our wonderful terrace facing the olive groves.

Doppelzimmer
ist ideal für ein Paar, das Erholung und Privatsphäre sucht. Das Zimmer hat eine doppelte Volumetrie: Zum Zimmer im ersten Stock gelangt man über die Haupttreppe. Das Bad ist geräumig und essentiell.
Auch die Doppelzimmer sind eingerichtet mit restaurierten Originalmöbeln aus dem 18. Jh., alten toskanischen Cotto-Fußböden, Decken aus toskanischem Holz und Terrakotta, Klimaanlage, Fernseher und Minibar, Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen und Schließfach. Die Bäder sind komplett neu und bestehen aus Keramik, toskanischem Cotto-Boden und Marmorelementen
