Where to taste typical Tuscan dishes: Trattoria Antico Colle

Come out of our bed and breakfast and with a little walk you can easily reach the small village of Colle di Buggiano; if instead you want to move by car you can park immediately in the parking lot at the entrance of the village. Once in the delightful square you will find on the right the Trattoria Antico Colle, where you can taste typical dishes of Tuscan tradition such as pappa al pomodoro, traditional soups (very tasty spelled), excellent quality meats, mushrooms (especially porcini if you happen in the right season! ) and a great pizza. In short, dishes for all tastes, and absolutely to try.
