After detailed restoration, remaining true to the Tuscan style, we are now able to offer three suites and three double rooms with all the modern comforts: Air-conditioning, satellite TV, WIFI, fridge.
Two of the Suites have a garden and terraces facing south-east, a double room has a large terrace facing east. The bedrooms are luxurious, with antique furniture and terracotta tiling, and the bathrooms have marble fittings.
Apart from the peaceful atmosphere, there is a wonderful panoramic view over Montecatini Terme, which distances five kilometres, in the heart of the Valdinievole.

Our large swimming pool among the olive trees is surrounded by a spacious lawn where you can enjoy the sun. We have a wine cellar with a wide selection of typical Tuscan wines. Our panoramic terrace is where you can have breakfast in the morning or sit together to enjoy a glass of good wine in the evening. Or you can sit peacefully by the fireplace in our living room and enjoy a good book.
B&B Rooms
All our rooms and suites are located in an old farmhouse renovated taking care to maintain the original features. Precious materials of the Tuscan tradition give a rustic and elegant style to the rooms.
Each room is different. The furnishings have been carefully selected to reflect the Tuscan soul of the house while maintaining a unique character.
Many small comforts will make you feel pampered.
Breakfast
We offer high quality local dishes, with great attention to the selection of products.
Based on these criteria, our B&B serves an appetizing continental breakfast “à la carte” (both sweet and savoury) and freshly prepared coffee according to your wishes.
In addition, you will also find many typical specialties of Tuscany: every morning we prepare new dishes, following healthy principles: fresh according to the season and according to tradition.
It is the only right way to always guarantee fresh products, typical of our area, but also compatible with the tastes of our guests.
Our mornings start early: from 7 a.m. you can find our staff busy preparing fresh croissants, cakes and other delicacies. If you are an early riser, you can have breakfast from 8:30 a.m.
Whether you choose a “quick” or a “rich” breakfast, it doesn’t matter, you will have a beautiful view of our plain and our surrounding hills and you can sit comfortably on our wonderful terrace right in front of the olive grove.
A rich breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., offering you everything you need to guarantee a good start to the day.
The Farm
All the products we offer come from the land.
Our Farm is on the hills overlooking Montecatini Terme and Montalbano, between Colle di Buggiano and Buggiano Castello. Given our particular location and climate, our farm is in an ideal spot for the cultivation of olives (we produce top quality extra-vergin olive oil).
