The services we offer our guests are to be considered those of a hotel rather than a B&B

BREAKFAST Enjoy your breakfast every morning on the partially covered panoramic terrace with breathtaking view

WI-FI You have free, unlimited access to the internet from your bedroom.

PET FRIENDLY HOTEL You are welcome to bring small pets with you at a cost of 10 euros a day. Puppies are not allowed in the common rooms, restaurant, swimming pool or bathing area. If you wish to take your pets with you to the seaside, we can indicate the closest beaches where they will be admitted.

5-A-SIDE FOOTBALL PITCH We can organise soccer games on our field in the greenery or you can while away the hours on our pitch

The Farm

All the products we offer come from the land.

Our Farm is on the hills overlooking Montecatini Terme and Montalbano, between Colle di Buggiano and Buggiano Castello. Given our particular location and climate, our farm is in an ideal spot for the cultivation of olives (we produce top quality extra-vergin olive oil) and vines (we also produce a red wine with IGT Toscano certification).

The villa, which dates back to the 13th century, lies among four hectares of olive groves. After detailed restoration, remaining true to the Tuscan style, we are now able to offer a suite, four apartments and four double rooms
